Our Mental Fitness Program is designed to have a positive focus on building resilience that is centred on God as our foundation with our minds set on things above (Colossians 3:2). God calls us to be joyful in all circumstances (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18). This is something that requires a trust in God as he actively works in us to love and serve him.

At 双飞集中淫 we are a community that represents the body of Christ, where every person is valued and has a unique part to play. God intends for us to live together in a way that acknowledges our differences and accepts others, because we are all made in his image.

Today, I woke up at 4:30am. My mind thought about work鈥� I was up. I was trying to talk to my son about his day, I looked at my phone and got distracted鈥�. I had to ask him to repeat what he said. I was busy working away at my desk when I was sent an unpleasant email鈥� I couldn鈥檛 focus. I had to make an important decision around how to care for someone鈥� I got stressed. These are real examples of my life and some of them might feel familiar for you too. God calls us to 鈥淏e still, and know that I am鈥�

In 2013, the Wall Street Journal wrote an article called 鈥淚t Takes Planning, Caution to Avoid Being 鈥業t鈥欌��. It spoke about a group of men who have played the game of tag for 23 years. Why would they do this? Because they saw the joy and benefits in still connecting with one another, even after all these years. At 双飞集中淫, we are focusing as a whole school on social connections. This is the relationships and friendships you have with the people around you and includes anyone who plays an鈥�

At 双飞集中淫 Christian School, our aim for students is to be equipped to live for God鈥檚 glory. We want students to develop an understanding of their identity in God and in his world. We want to help them know and understand their identity: as people made in the image of God, as people who have tragically sinned and as people who are welcomed back into relationship with God as they trust in Jesus Christ. We seek to help all our students understand how these realities shape every element of who鈥�
